We are now recruiting a Store Manager for our new Wag n Tails Pet Shop Opening in Longford Town Summer '23
Wag n Tails is driven by the desire to make the life of pets and pets owners simpler, better and
happier. To achieve this, we work hard, accept responsibility and seek every opportunity to learn
about our customers and their pets.
Responsibilities:
•Drive sales and profitability of the branch through targeting and coaching the
team.
•Ensuring all sales opportunities are maximized.
•Responsible for the day to day management of the store & team.
•Ensuring that Customer Service is of the highest standard at all times.
•Use product knowledge and team coaching to improve levels of amazing service.
•Ensure the highest standard of branch presentation and display standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
•Will have a proven track record in selling, managing & developing people whilst
controlling costs.
•Will be an expert at driving sales and motivating teams.
•Will have a minimum of 2 years proven retail management experience.
•Will be extremely organized, commercially aware and business focused.
•Will be passionate about their customers.
•Will have excellent communications skills and the ability to nurture and develop
relationships within the community.

We are now recruiting a Sale Assistant for our new Wag n Tails Pet Shop Opening in Longford Town Summer '23

•Provide a friendly and polite experience to all customers
•Ensuring you are familiar with the products we carry
•Advising our customers on the products we carry
•Looking after the shop pets needs i.e. feeding cleaning and health checks daily
•Use of our till system
•Keep the shop & stockrooms clean and tidy at all times
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Display and merchandising ability
•Sale & customer service expertise is a must
•Taking in and stocking out delivery's
•Available to work weekend and week days

We are now recruiting a Sale Assistant for our Wag n Tails Pet Shop & Dog Grooming Salon Loughrea

•Provide a friendly and polite experience to all customers & there pets, take in dogs for grooming & work with our groomers to ensure a positive grooming process for all dogs.
